It is a very small hotel (smaller than how it looks on the photos). Rooms are pretty small. First night we were given a very small room even though we booked for the largest room available. The bell boy was absolutely amazing and inform the manager Mr. Thanh who changed the room
next day and was wonderful. All the bell boys were soo nice and friendly. The breakfast is very elaborate and tasty.
The receptionists are very slow and barely understands English, which is not a fault but to attend international guests, staff should be able to speak and understand bare minimum. The hotel corridors are very old, no ventilation or aircon, carpets are smelly. Roof top is very small even though in photos they look larger.
