Staff were extremely will trained, friendly and competent. After we had checked out (and given a two hour extension - thank you) my wife had a fall, damaging her teeth and lips. Despite us technically no longer guests, several staff attended her within minutes, called the hotel nurse to see if hospital treatment was required (it wasn't) and provided a private space in the spa for her and i to rest and recover. Word of this accident was apparently circulated as several managers visited us during the next hour or so to ensure she was ok we were being looked after. Thank you again for your kindness and concern - we will not forget.

Excellent daily cleaning and remarkable attention to detail, which made our room comfortable, clean, and relaxing throughout our stay.
Perfect location:
A major highlight of the hotel. Its proximity to the mosque, halal restaurants, shopping centers, and major tourist attractions made exploring the city very convenient and enjoyable.
Breakfast suggestion:
It would be great to have more breakfast options suitable for Arab and Muslim guests, as the current selection felt somewhat limited compared with the variety of other choices.

I love the modernness to an older building with a wonderful location right in the heart of Saigon

I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but for a property that claims to be 5-star like Caravelle Saigon, I found the experience quite disappointing.
While the location is excellent, the service did not meet expectations. The staff lacked professionalism, especially in how they with guests. We were sitting in the hotel lobby having coffee, which was already priced at nearly three times higher than outside cafés. However, we were not allowed to consume our own drinks and pastries that we had brought with us.
I find this policy unreasonable and lacking in flexibility, especially considering we were already paying customers using their services. The rigid attitude of the staff made the experience uncomfortable and far from what I would expect from a 5-star hotel.
Overall, not worth the rating in my opinion.
