Location and quality facilities, notably the comfortable lobby and spacious pool. Very clean and well maintained.
The riverside windows can be too dusty which takes away from the nice views.

Good size room, good location, great food at breakfast.
The staff were unfriendly at breakfast. I arrived 30 minutes before breakfast was scheduled to close and they were visibly annoyed each time! I never took long and had always left before they shut. I also attempted to eat a sandwich in the lobby and they kicked me outside to eat in the 35 degrees heat. I asked for some water and they tried to charge me 200k Dong (about £5.65). I won’t be back.
