Really nice boutique hotel. Stayed for 2 weeks. Good location to explore. Front desk staff always smiling and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and fresh, the breakfast chef was friendly and made great eggs and dim sum. Room was big and the decor fun, bed comfy. Good shower, hot water long lasting. Laundry was done quickly and clothes smelled good. The construction across the street was not distracting inside the hotel.
Walls thin but usually very quiet. Did not need ear plugs.

The staff were amazing and so helpful and let us in early
It was very unkept and dirty, not comfortable, curtains didn’t even close properly so was hard to sleep. Mouldy shower. Everything dusty. Floors dirty so your feet were black.
Couldn’t use the lounge on our balcony as it was rotten. Very very overpriced for what you get.
