Excellent location. High floor king room lovely and quiet.
Breakfast selection wasn't really to our taste, although huge selection.

Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were warm friendly and efficient
Would have liked an iron and ironing board in the room and milk for tea drinkers

I like the location and accessibility. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. Breakfast is excellent.
In the last half hour of the breakfast service items were not replaced making it look rather uninviting.

Nice and central location. One thing we weren’t happy about was when we checked it, they separated our rooms on different levels. We prebooked two separate rooms and payed for it beforehand thinking we will be close by however, when we reached there they placed us in different levels. We stayed here for 9 nights so it did make a difference. We also extended our stay for another night but most of the day it took us shuffling our stuff or a bigger room that they gave us as complementary however, it was too much of a hassle. When we checked it the reception wasn’t very accommodating and could have upgraded our rooms so that we could’ve stayed together in the same room.
The breakfast was the same everyday. The menu didn’t change and we had limited options as we could only each chicken and egg. The air conditioning didn’t work too well and small ants were visible in the bathroom.
