Classy, impressive hotel.

Loved the location, the roof top bar/pool, the ambience and the quality of the breakfast.

The air conditioning unit in the room was not very effective. There was a lot of noise outside our room.

Perfect spot for a stay in HCMC.

This was a great stay for us. The rooms were very nice. There's a great rooftop pool/bar area. The restaurants and room service were delicious and very reasonable for a luxury hotel. We liked the fact that the location is in a bit of a quiet spit, but still walking distance to lots of restaurants, cafes, amazing malls , the historic post office and few other POI. Would definitely return.

We liked everything, and we would have liked a little more space, but that's not a complaint.

+ Le confort de la chambre, de la literie + Le sublime petit-déjeuner + La sympathie extrême du personnel + Le rooftop, son bar et sa piscine

- Clairement, ils exagèrent carrément dans les prix. En plus, ils rajoutent des frais de service et de la TVA (si bien qu'il est compliqué d'estimer la dépense réelle). - Au petit-déjeuner, certains réassortiments ne suivent pas assez rapidement (c'est par exemple le cas de dim sum)

I highly recommend Hotel Des Arts Saigon

The hotel and the staff in particular are truly exceptional. The Sunday Brunch at Social Club was amazing! The roof top has amazing views, and wide selection of cocktails. I would highly recommend it. Its a true gem in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city.

What was unclear in the booking that breakfast was extra (I always book bed and breakfast so this came as a surprise). The hotel was kind enough to give us a discount for the breakfast. The one thing that I would ask them to work on is sound proof the rooms more. Especially the ones on the higher floors. The music (which was great by the way), you could still hear it on the 15th floor (not so loud to be honest). A bit of sound proofing would be encouraged.

Beautiful boutique hotel with outstanding service by the staff. Our special thanks to the very helpful reception team. Amazing breakfast offering the best ingredients with a French touch.

The only minus point is the integrated bathroom in the Standard rooms. The washbasin is next to the bed outside the shower and toilet which is missing a bit of intimacy.

True five star experience

Everything! The staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome straight away. The hotel itself is beautiful. What we most liked is all the attention to detail, including the turn down service and the pillow menu.

Great staff, beautiful hotel and lovely rooftop bar

It has a good location, 5 min from the Notre Dame and Post Office, 9 min from the War Museum. Good Cafes and restaurants around. Try the 4Ps Pizza.

The room size could be a bit bigger but it is fine if you spend the entire day out.

Very good and classy hotel in Saigon. Would visit again.

Nice and cozy rooms, very clean, super friendly staff, good location in Saigon. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally good and the rooftop bar and pool are very nice. Good for couples and families/friend groups.

The Buffet breakfast is really amazing The location is fantastic. The workers are very professional and always treat you with respect and a lot of attention...if I had to highlight one person, who with his professionalism and his always so attentive and wonderful smile, makes arriving at the Hotel like coming home .....it is Tram BAO.

Great Boutique Option for Adults

Great boutique hotel, fantastic breakfast and rooftop. Good quality and attention to details everywhere. Rooms are slightly small for the price paid but overall probably the best value for money in town.

Not the typical sort of hotels that are everywhere and good counter staff that attended and assisted at the busy hour at the time that I checked in.

Great base for visiting HCM

Great staff made us feel really welcome and we're very accommodating. Roof top amazing, pool great and room really comfortable with everything we needed for a city stay.

We were told breakfast was included when we checked in, but it was not, so had to pay additional charges. The issue was more woth booking.com as the information on our reservation showed breakfast included, which was misleading as was not.

Stunning and well-curated artwork nestles everywhere in this beautiful hotel - a place that provides a high end oasis from the bustle of Ho Chi Minh City.

The hotel is superb - however as a professional female I found the room designs lacked consideration of my needs. The hairdryer is impossible to use near a mirror without standing in front of a wardrobe; the lighting is too poor to put on make up with any confidence ; there was nowhere to sit that had a mirror (it would have been very easy to rectify this. Similarly - whilst the rooftop and pool bar offered stunning views and a breeze I would gladly have paid for ;), I was served a lobster roll with shell inside - and no offer of an alternative when this was pointed out - a little disappointing. otherwise I can’t fault the staff.

Very pleasant

service is top notch and beyond expectations. They offered the spa area for us to clean up after check out. There are also many hidden gems very next to the hotel including CTY and pizza 4P. The hotel roof top is also amazing.

A comfortable stay.

Breakfast spread was good with a mix of local and international cuisine.

A guest to the rooftop bar was hogging the lift preventing my colleague and I to return to our rooms after a drink at the rooftop bar. She was doing some sort of photo shoot in the lift. Each time we pressed for the lift, the lift she was in opened and she stopped us from going in saying she is doing a photo shoot. This is not acceptable.

The breakfast was good. Big choice of Vietnamese food and friendly staff.

A lot of staff didn’t speak or understand basic English.
