My friends and I had a wonderful day at the T Ritz Saigon hotel. The staff were very accommodating and the facilities provided everything that one would need. The breakfast was excellent. The location was also wonderful.
There is nothing that we did not like.

Staff were always friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed- it was cleaned every day to a high standard. The bed was comfortable. We had our own iron. We could do our washing and had the pool to ourselves each day!

Very good location, close to everything.
The hotel is pretty nice for asian standards. Room was big enough with comfy big beds. We enjoyied our stay there.
A bit too expensive for what it offers.
Breakfast could be much better, also they only served vietnamese coffee for breakfast, despite the fact that the esspreso machine was right there and they could easily make you a fresh cappuccino.

Everything is great. The most important factors when staying at a hotel are for me are cleanliness and the staff. Both are fantastic, but also all other factors are at an excellent level. The location is perfect for a finding restaurants and going to the center of the city. It is my second time here and it great to find out that the quality remains at the highest level.
