Hotel and staff were amazing. Felt very much taken care of as soon as we walked through the doors!
Only thing I didn't like was the air con blasted right in our faces at night, you need the air con on in Vietnam, but having it blow straight on my face made for an uncomfortable sleep.

Pianist in the lobby where you can have a drink.
The rooftop bar is great, lovely cocktails and sunset view.
Comfy beds make a very relaxing sleep.
