Friendly staff.
Breakfast menu was usually the same most days. A little variety will be nice.

The property was central. Close to all the tourist attractions and yet super quiet and comfortable to sleep. I liked the rooftop view as well although i didnt use the jacuzzi.
While the property was super clean, i would have loved if there was a dedicated time for housekeeping. On some days i would leave early morning and come back to the room around 2-230pm and my room was undone. And some days even at 4pm it wasn’t done up. I did mention to the reception and they promptly did the room cleaning then so no issues. Just not a 10/10 on this property for this reason, else everything else was amazing and i would rate it a 9/10.

We liked our stay here. The room is cosy and has everything needed. The rooftop with the big jacuzzi is also a positive point. I also have a special mention to the Staff, during my 4 weeks stay in Vietnam, they’re ranked in the top of my list, super friendly, smiling, helpful, I felg truly welcomed. Thank you again to the hardworking Staff.
Breakfast was good, but the refill cadence needs to be improved, some items were running out fast, but I understand to limit food waste you can’t be constantly refilling everything.
