An exceptional stay from start to finish! The entire hotel support team is warm, incredibly kind, and super responsive. The room design is stunning and immaculate—honestly cleaner than what you typically find even in Japan.
The shower has fantastic water pressure. The breakfast and overall food quality are outstanding - small variations every day, with Pho noodles over weekends! Location-wise, it’s super convenient with a 7-Eleven, Ministop, and FamilyMart all just steps away. My only minor complaint is that the pillows were a bit too high, but everything else was so wonderful that it barely matters. Easily one of my best hotel experiences yet!
Slightly moldy on the edge of the shower if you have to be super picky.

VERY Helpful Staff. Even with very early morning hours for a meeting in the US, They helped me get set up in a quiet place. The desk clerk helped me with the washer and dryer as well. The reception staff are alway's kind and answer any and all questions with kindness. The most important thing for me was that we arrived at 11PM and they let us check out at 11:PM on our last day. NO other hotel does this to accommodate their guests that I know of. Made things so much easier for us.

I like how easy-going the place is. The breakfast selection is catering towards western palate, more than enough to start your day and explore Saigon!
I am not comfortable (yet) with busy streets and fast moving motorbike which is the norm in Saigon. But this is more on my growing up experience; I've been living where you can just walk around with ease without worrying about vehicles zooming here and there.

Location was convenient, breakfast was great.
The noise from the street: i was on the 6th floor facing the street and at 5:30 honking started from the street below.
