Very friendly personal. It was helpful also outside of reception hours when we had problems with entering our room.
Good location in Vomero, one of the better places of Napoli to stay in. Close to many restaurants and bars.
The door lock of our room didn't work properly with our key card. A simple thing that could be changed.
The window can only be opened fully, not 'tilted'. This can cause stress to height sensitive people.

The hotel is exceptional and a jewel that exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was personable and went out of their way to make the stay memorable. The breakfast was wonderful with a variety and healthy choices. I would definitely return to experience a superb stay.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.
