Well located, really peaceful and quiet. It feels like home!
The suite is very spacious and confortable.
The staff was very lovely, professional and helpful
Just for improvement but not critical, few things could be refreshed like the bathrooms / shower, and kitchen amenities

Unfortunately heavy construction site just next door, which disturbed the experience during the day.

Spacious comfortable room, clean, close to bus stop. Comfortable bed
Pool surround needs cleaning. Towels need renewing ours were old and thin.

The garden and ground floor porch were beautiful. The amenities in general are great, including the water dispenser and anti-mosquitos odor. Room was clean, no hot water problems at ground floor.
Check-in instructions and communication with the owner was very good, despite the situation.
The room and bathroom furniture seemed quite outdated. The most uncomfortable part was the room moist and dampness smell. Additionall, due to sorrounding vegetation there are lots of mosquitos and geckos, which go together.
All the above determined us to cancel the reservation after the first night.
