Large apartment
Washing machine & dryer a bonus
Communicate was good. We noticed no tea towels or oven gloves, so some tea towels were dropped off within the hour
Great location
Parking bays are very small & tight for 4wd or large cars. Probably have trouble parking here in summer due to non stay residents using this carpark incorrectly.
This apartment is very close to the big gym next door, we was awoken ever night from about 4am with the thuds of weights being dropped
Apartment needs updating in general, back door lock a bit temperamental and not that secure
Damp on bedroom wall from leaking shower on joining wall
