Everything was perfect like expected.

The beach is close to cottages and clean .Staff is always available , polite and courteous.Since we went during the off season restaurant wasn't operational. Property is pet friendly however would not be ok to refer if you have a senior pet. Cottages are not wheel chair friendly.Lot of straight stairs. Initially I felt disappointed as the pictures shown in the description don't match the reality . We have to change the cottage as my senior dog wasn't able to climb the stairs. It's just a suggestion if they can have a small lawn for the pets use or if instead of stairs can make ramps.

The view from the property was stunning. Nothing beats the gorgeous view of the palolem beach. The access to the private beach was secluded and clean. The room was big and spacious, the washroom was very clean and big too. All in all, I’d recommend everyone to come and stay here in South Goa.
The location is a bit difficult to access. It is bit offbeat. And the wallpaper in the flooring of the rooms could have been cleaner. Looks shabby and old.
