Happy and relaxing holiday

We stayed for 3 days and we felt so good. The house is comfortable and clean. The location is great. We will definitely come again. We had a good communication with the owner of the house, she is very nice and positive.

Roula, the owner of the apartment is very friendly and sweet, made us feel very welcome. She was very interested from start to finish. The apartment was absolutely perfect, nothing was missing, there was more. Everything was new and very clean. The apartment is walking distance from the center, the sea view in front of the apartment is magnificent. We were very comfortable, it is a place we would definitely want to stay when we go again. Super nice

What a wonderful place- we really enjoyed our stay, The host, Rula, is so nice and with her hospitality we felt like being home! All our needs were considered in advance and cleanliness was great. The recommended, so close by, restaurant was super nice too. Luckily there was a local fest where locals swim at the sea at midnight for good luck and that made our stay even more festive:)! Thank you, Rula, was pleasure meeting you! Wish good luck and health!

Highly recommend

The host is very friendly and hospitable, the cleaning was flawless, the apartment is equipped with everything you need on vacation. The terrace is facing the sea and is pretty spacious (facing east, so you can see the sunrise and also enjoy the shade in the afternoon), the bedrooms are on the opposite side to the street so they are very quiet, parking is available immediately near the building, the town is quite animated, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, etc. About 3 km away there is the amazing Ammolofoi beach, probably the best beach we've been to. We've been here în July 2022 and it's a place we would gladly come back to! Thanks Rula for a great Greek experience!

The perfect apartment in Nea Peramos

Really clean, spacious, temperature was perfect and we didn't even have to turn on the A/C in August ! Location is more than great, right in the middle of Nea Peramos and all the important restaurants are 1-2mins walking, shops, caffes , everything is right there. The livingroom is huge, the terrace is great ... just amazing. Definitely going back.

We had a lovely stay. The appartment is spacious and clean with beautiful frontal sea view.It is fully equipped,the terrace is spacious and wonderful. The host was very helpful and made us feel very welcomed.When we arrived late,she was kind enough to welcome us with a refreshing melon in the fridge and croissants and sweets. She was very very responsive, always had an answer to our questions and pointing us very nice places to eat and visit. Thank you Rula for helping us and for a very pleasant stay! We hope to stay here again,next year!

Amazing place to relax and observe nice views. One of greatest hosts we have met, my boss told me so

The host is exceptionally open and easy to speak with the lady. She is one of the most responsive people that we have met on Booking.com and really helpful with recommending us places to visit. supermarkets or even nearby tavern. We are wery delighted by the property, it has a great location and is a spacy place to stay in. Our kids enjoyed every day. Also, we had extended our holiday with a day because got a great offer from Rula. It was a blast and we had a great time there.

Occasionally there are some "street racers" with their pretty small even child motorcycles that are trying to outrun each other on the street at late night hours. There is nothing the host can do about it but your car alarm is sensitive you might consider parking behind the property just below the main bedroom on floor one.
