Welcoming staff. Fabulous breakfast.
Quite dark in Owl room with curtains closed for getting ready, maybe brighter light bulbs with option to dim.

our room was beside a busy main road
cobwebs in bathroom
approach to upstairs bedroom rather unattractive,
but ok as it was not raining - we walk up the fire escape access slowly
should have asked for a quiet room
no cereal on offer at breakfast but we enjoyed the cooked one

The area was nice, the hot tub and its location were nice. The food in the pub was also great. They had also supplied two fans for the room to help keep cool
The large main window was situated above the main pub entrance. As it was hot, the window needed to be open, and the roller blind did not fit well. We could hear the front car park traffic really well.
