Good cozy clean room with all facilities provided as mentioned.....special thanks to the staff who went above and beyond their way to make sure we had all we needed as were traveling with kids.....5 mins drive to Kandy lake n city.... overall good place

From the moment we turned up, the receptionist was so helpful, friendly & accommodating! Catered amazingly for us for breakfast (vegan)&we literally looked forward to it every morning, (although they ran out of coconut pancakes on our last morning đ)
The hotel is clean & modern, the bedrooms a great size with a super comfortable bed & DUVET! So rare to find places that give you proper bedding and not just a sheet. We slept so well on our stay here.
TV worked with our hard drive (a must if youâre travelling long term), shower was decent with hot water. Honestly we had a lovely time here, I donât know why they arenât busier as I canât fault this place!
Itâs a teeeeny bit out the way, only if youâre walking. But tuktuks are like 150/200rp and 5 mins into town. Itâs nice and quiet at night though!
The wifi is super but in our room (lower ground) it wasnât that powerful, still managed to work though but could have been a teeny bit stronger if on the lower floor. But Iâd highly recommend staying here! I would definitely stay again đđź

Great breakfast, very attending and kind staff. Good location, spacious.
Good value for money.
Overall cleaning of room and bathroom, ants in room, wall with some stains. AC, TV are bit older.
Steep access may be difficult.
