Житло дуже доглянуте, ремонт свіжий і сучасний. Нам треба було лише переночувати, і дуже приємна та привітна господиня поселила нас в двокімнатний номер з кухнею і терасою за ціною звичайного однокімнатного номера. Це було дуже приємно🥰 В будівлі з терасою окремий вʼїзд через автоматизовані ворота, і за цими воротами є закрита парковка.
Я максимально кайфонула від перебування в апартаментах, особливо сподобалась ванна кімната - світла, простора, напір води просто супер, немає жодної плісняви і вапняних плям, зручні змішувачі, є засоби для гігієни. Кухня теж класна - є все необхідне (великий холодильник, мікрохвильовка, навіть плита і духовка). Матрас і подушки зручні - виспалась, як вдома. Білосніжні рушники, халати, капці, фен - все присутнє. Якщо знову треба буде житло у Полтаві - без сумніву зупинюсь тут. Дякую за гостинність та увагу до дрібниць!

Staff is very flexible for customers requests. Beautiful building and place, and part of the city. Good cost for this quality and quality is good for this cost. Also you can eat right here, not a 5 stars restaurant but service is very cheap and pleasant, and quality is not bad.
Sometimes felt like.. not enough space, in the room or bathroom. But it's ok for a.. little bit tall person like me.

The location was perfect and the staff were excellent.
The restaurant is a separate business so, for example, you can't ask reception for a coffee - no big deal.

Great location, small and nice property.
Could not use hotel's WiFi due to power shortages but this is surely not the fault of the hotel and is understandable, taking into account the circumstances.
