Peaceful,secluded location only a nine minute walk to the harbourside in Wells.
Very spacious,well-appointed accommodation.
Clean surfaces throughout.
Minor points…
The garden area at the rear could have been better maintained.
One or two kitchen items missing..eg oven gloves and scissors.
No welcome folder with instructions manuals etc. particularly for use of the tvs.
Owner did not respond to our first approach when initially trying to book the accommodation and then when we raised a query during our stay.

Location is perfect for getting to the local shops and to walk to the beach.
On a private road so it feels nice and secluded and safe
There were adequate kitchen supplies for our party and ample seating available
There was some washing up liquid and sponge provided and a tea towel to get you started
Appliances are good and in good working order
We cooked a lot at the house and there was enough seating at the table for everyone
Loved the main bathroom. Nice space and shower was lovely
The beds weren't great quality mattresses could do with improvement
Only 1 trash bag provided for a weeks stay this could be better
The front gate is in need of repair and should be a small job to take care of
A washing line is provided which we used but only a few pegs available. Again a small fix
The blind in the living room also needs attention. This has been mentioned before on other reviews

Location was great. House was good overall and nicely furnished
The heating didn't work. We contacted the hosts about it and they said they'd send a plumber. Nobody turned up and nobody checked to see if we were ok, despite knowing we had booked for an 80th birthday.
Electrics tripped several times.
Toilet seats poorly fitted.
