Excelente! Superó mis expectativas.

Todo me pareció excelente, la habitación muy amplia, la cama, el baño, el desayuno. La decoración y mantenimiento del hotel en su totalidad.

No tengo ninguna crítica sobre el hotel y el servicio que recibí. Lo único que podría mencionar (pero es algo aparte) es que me parecieron altos los precios de la carta del restaurant del hotel. Solo eso.

Localização excelente, limpeza, tamanho de quarto razoável

O hotel promete estacionamento ao ser feita a reserva, mas chegando à tarde por volta das 15:30 hs em uma terça-feira avisaram que já não havia mais vagas disponíveis!?!?!? Então não deveriam informar que eles tem estacionamento para hóspedes , tivemos portanto que colocar o veículo em estacionamento não muito próximo para não abandonar o carro na rua

Nice when going to stay while on work

breakfast, lobby, play room.

no heater in the rooms (air conditions were too noisy and just reached to a mild temp in the rooms). I had to request for soap ( no soap at arrival) and for hangers ( just one at arrival)... and I had to request three times for anyone to bring them to the room. parking lot too narrow for SUVs.

minor details to improve: breakfast was ok but could improve the scrambled eggs. Window blinds were off their rails so couldn’t close them completely. Bathroom ceiling was peeling off due to humidity. access cards constantly demagnetizing…

A fantastic place at a fair price with a top notch staff

Fantastic staff, patient and helpful. On Christmas Day there was not a restaurant open in the town including at this hotel but the staff made us cheese sandwiches to keep us alive. Allowed us late checkout for a reasonable fee. Room was very clean, bright, and comfortable. Great shower.

The fitness center is not onsite your use is subject to the schedule of the offsite gym.

If the catering and restaurant service matched the room, the overall offering would match the price.

The room was excellent - spacious, well fitted out, clean, a real pleasure to stay in. Reception staff were very helpful. Having a secure car park at no cost was great, though it was the tightest I've ever met (10-point turns required). Having a big balcony with good views was a bonus.

Breakfast was disappointing all round. One staff member was uncommunicative/grumpy. the breakfast spread looked great but in fact had very limited healthy options. No good cereals, no cold milk (ask for it each day), and one day, by 9am, the fruit salad was all gone and the little that remained of scrambled eggs was like leather. Most of the offering was bread and pastries full of fat and sugar. Dining room offerings were expensive and unimaginative.

Facility is okay, should improve administration.

I paid in cash for the whole stay including some water and snacks from the frigobar and some days later I got a charge on my credit card. When checking out I book for one night the following week and when called to ask about free parking they told me that the reservation was cancelled and they got no available rooms. According to them I should have called to confirm the reservation.

Best place in Neuquén

Location, parking, rooms.

We liked everything. Might be a good idea to have glasses in the room though so you don’t have to drink out of a bottle or a tea cup!

In despite the hotel is récent, the maintenance is of bad quality, Breakfast and friendlyness of some employees is below

Modern hôtel well situated not far from city centre. Receptionnist friendly.

Rooms not well cleaned. Hair remaining in bath room, greasy hand trace on the walls. Very poor breakfast, bread frost and dry, Eggshell remaining into scrambled eggs, eggs cold, Poor service, Tables not cleaned between different guests. Unfriendly service

Superb

Modern comfy rooms. Nice lounge and restaurant area. Great breakfast.

Cannot book the parking lot in advance. Most guests here arrive by private car, if you get here in the afternoon you might not have a spot for the car like our case.

Poor

Staff was super nice and tried their best to fix all the problems we hand during our stay. The ambient is good and its in a really good spot.

There was no room for our car on the parking lot of the hotel. The room I used had no working air conditioning, so they moved us to another room that had it working but had no fridge. Also the room was smaller than the one I payed for. Even with this room change (to a smaller one) they didn't offered me for a refund on the price for the smaller room. Won't come back to this hotel.

Good but don’t worth it.

It has a modern decoration. It’s comfortable.

Location is a little far from downtown. The cemetery in front of the property is a low down. There’s a nasty smell coming from it.
