O espaço do box para banho muito pequeno, fiquei esbarrando na parede. Não tinha secador de cabelo. As paredes não contem os barulhos externos, dava pra ouvir as conversas das pessoas que estavam na piscina. Não tem estrutura de restaurante e a cidade a noite não tinha muita opção.

Atendimento maravilhoso! A Gi e o Erick nos atendeu perfeitamente e são muito acolhedores! O quarto excelente, a vista maravilhosa! Super recomendo! Voltaremos outras vezes.

Já ficamos em muitos hotéis caríssimos que não chegam aos pés do zelo dessa pousada. Tudo extremamente limpo, cheiroso, bem cuidado. Atendimento da funcionária foi excelente, muito atenciosa, prestativa. Café da manhã bem gostoso, tipo de casa de vó 💖 Quando retornarmos ficaremos lá novamente, e já estamos indicando para todos.

The place is very well located and walking distance to the harbor from where the boat rides depart. The rooms are good, particularly those ones facing the lake. Also the pool deck is nice and cozy.

The property owner is a deception. Mrs Luisa Stalo is not *at all* customer focused. First of all, there are cameras EVERYWHERE in the property. A very uncomfortable feeling of being watched. There are like 5 rooms in the property, and it is in a super safe area, so I don't really understand the point. My personal feeling: she is a control freak, and that is also backed up by an impression that I have that she forbids her staff from sharing with the guests trips that are not aligned to the service providers that she wants to promote. Evidence of that: I repeatedly asked for recommendations of where to go and what to do to the staff, and all they had to offer was 2 rides (boat or 4x4) from the same company "Resolve Escarpas". Later I found out that there are dozens of things to do there (and I did enjoy them). Next, I went on an awful boat trip on a Saturday, full of drunk and loud people, I was completely caught off-guard even though I had explicitly stated that I wasn't looking for party, but for a nice Nature sightseeing ride. I survived it for 6h and came back very stressed out and disappointed. I shared my concern with the staff (they were very receptive), and wanted to share it with her later. She refused to approach me because she was busy watering her plants. All she said was "talk directly to the business owner". I did so, but I would've expected her to be engaged as after all, she's business partner with them. BTW, if you ever have the chance to use Resolve Escarpas as a tourism provider, DON'T! Finally, on the last day, I had a whole plan prepared to explore other places in Capitolio and I shared those with her staff while she was in the room. I had done my research, I was excited and looking forward to doing it, but whenever she had the chance, she stated arrogantly "ah, these are very bad ideas, don't go there".
