Hotel familial très bien tenu par un couple très accueillant. 7-8 chambres autour d’un beau jardin et d’une magnifique piscine. Un havre de paix. On entend seulement les chants des oiseaux (et les éléphants, parfois, paraît-il, mais pas le jour de notre passage). Les chambres sont bien aménagées et parfaitement propres, les lits confortables et la clim efficace. La cuisine est excellente : tant au petit déjeuner qu’au souper. Ils nous ont organisé un safari dans Yala Parc à un prix concurrentiel. Et, c’était le 18eme anniversaire de notre fils ce jour là. Nous ne les avions pas prévenus. En une heure, ils ont été chercher un cake délicieux et organisé un chouette moment pour fêter ça. Notre fils s’en souviendra longtemps ! Merci beaucoup !

Fuimos a pasar la noche anterior al safari y fue una excelente decisión. El personal fue super atento, nos preparó la cena en el restaurante del lugar y el desayuno para llevar dado que nos íbamos a las 5am. Incluso nos dejaron bañarnos al volver del safari. Piscina con espacio para relajarse muy bien.
Se cortó la luz varias veces durante la noche y pasamos calor.

I liked the layout of the hotel with the pool in the center, the close location to the Yala entrance and the very kind staff! The rooms are very spacious.
The breakfast was also very nice with a few options (English breakfast or Sri Lankan), but we opted out for dinner elsewhere due to mixed reviews.
1. Unfortunately the level of cleanliness is under average. The bathrooms have lots of calcium deposits, the towels had stains that couldn’t be removed and the bed sheets had to be changed.
2. The pool was very murky and full of insects (yes the insects cannot be avoided) but if you cannot see your feet when standing, you start to doubt how clean the water actually is.
3. The rooms are very dark even during the day.
4. Not really a negative point, but you can only for the rooms in cash upfront…
