The location, food & friendly helpful staff
The room was not as clean as it could have been, patio furniture & floor had not been cleaned, but bedding was nice & clean & towels too

Fabulous view from the patio of the hotel. We enjoyed having delicious breakfasts and dinners from the patio. Hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Piano de Sorrento is very nice and quiet, it is about a 30 minute walk to Sorrento. We enjoyed staying in Piano because it was less touristy than Sorrento. You can take a boat right from the bay of Piano de Sorrento to Capri or the Amalfi Coast, no need to go to Sorrento.
We were a family of four in a family room, it was a little small and the beds were uncomfortable for my two sons.

Great view from the room, Pizza place down stair was amazing.
Hotel had school kids staying made a lot of running up and down the hallway banging on doors at least they stopped by 10pm. Bathroom was not great.
