I love everything about the property

The hotel was excellent. Very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location is great, with beautiful views, and the facilities are very good. The staff were friendly, professional and welcoming. Everything made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.
Nothing in particular. Everything was very good during our stay.

I love it’s location, vibe and atmosphere. I was upgraded to a Royal Suite on the sixth floor with spectacular views of the city and an amazing sunset view. Everything that was meant to work worked. Luka and his partner at the reception were reassuring that I would like the suite, even when I was skeptical and told them I was very picky.
I would say slight attitudinal work attributes of house keeping was slightly irking. For example, not replenishing my mini bar and toiletries when they cleaned my suite.

4 stairs hotel, you arrive in the heat, no water included in room rate, minivar 2 dl water for 2,5 euros... no bathrobes to go down to the pool, the pool is too cold for kids even though there is 32 degrees outside, the playground is on the sun. We booked this hotel because of traveling with a baby but it is not a good place with kids...
and... someone opened our room door when we were still sleeping (i guess someone from the staff...) and when realised that we are in just suddenly left
