Great location In the Lecce historic quarter. street parking is available not too far away if you park close to the Napoli gate on Adua (outside the ZTL) - feeding the meter is easy (since you can pre pay for the departure time you want) at about 6 euros per day.
Breakfast had yogurt, cakes, juice, coffee, and some wrapped / packaged bread goods.
There are only three rooms here. Great to feel like you're in a private setting - kind of has a castle vibe with all the stone.
There is a nice patio out back shared by the three rooms. Lots of nice plants and greenery. Overall a charming place.
It gets a bit humid in here but there is AC. Learn how Italian ZTLs work if you are driving a car. For some reason we had a lot of chocolate cake variations for breakfast during our visit.

Location was great.
2 separate beds
Lack of cleanliness, bathroom not cleaned before our arrival, the host apologized and sent someone at 10 PM.. we told them we would arrive at 6 PM ,they had plenty of time to clean.
Mattress is soft, 2 people cannot sleep together they can fell every movement.
Nothing savory at breakfast, just sweets
