It’s fine, no complaints. Maybe a bit small, great location, very easy access, very clear instructions for accessing.
I think the ratio price/quality is a bit unfavorable. I have been in similar places for half price, maybe in lower season but still I feel it pricey. Maybe that can amount can be charge for much larger amount, not just a tiny studio.

the apartment is close to the train station and a grocery store
the bed was narrow for two people, felt like 120 cm wide. In general, everything was small.

Everything was there to enjoy my stay. Completely clean, quiet area, still only 5 mins walk to Old Town and 3 mins to Supermarket. Host provided clear instructions. The temperature of the room is nice and warm in the winter. Free parking in safe area.

For the price it was a nice little place to stay. But at night it was too light and I couldn't sleep. In addition, there was construction in the immediate vicinity and it was very noisy, even on weekends.
