What did you like about the accommodation?
My stay at Simon’s house was truly wonderful — it was a stay that began with kindness and ended with even more kindness. ❤️
Even though Simon and his family were very busy, they always took the time to answer all of my questions with such care and thoughtfulness. Simon’s friends were also incredibly kind and even helped me carry my three suitcases upstairs. I was genuinely touched by everyone’s generosity and hospitality.
The bed was absolutely perfect for a good night’s sleep. After long days and travelling, I slept so deeply and comfortably here. The house itself is peaceful, warm and welcoming, and the garden and surrounding nature made the stay even more special.
I also love cooking, so I especially appreciated being able to buy fresh, organic ingredients — vegetables, fruit and meat — from local shops nearby and cook for myself. It made me feel like I was truly experiencing everyday life in Italy rather than simply staying in a hotel.
For breakfast, I went to Pasticceria Pâte à bombe, using the recommendation I received. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and I loved seeing so many local people there. It felt authentic and made the experience even more enjoyable.
There were so many thoughtful moments during my stay that I felt genuinely moved. I now understand why this place is so highly loved and recommended. ❤️
Honestly, I would recommend this place even more than a hotel. It feels much more personal, warm and human.
Thank you so much to Simon, his family and his friends for making me feel so welcome and cared for. I would absolutely love to come back again. This is a place I will remember with a very warm heart. ❤️
What could be improved?
Overall, I honestly felt that the accommodation had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. ❤️
One small suggestion would be to consider installing fine insect screens on the windows. In Italy, and especially here in Bra, there seem to be quite a few mosquitoes, spiders and other insects that I was not used to seeing in Korea. 😅 Since I like to keep the windows open for fresh air, having insect screens would make it even more comfortable to ventilate the room and enjoy the fresh air.
Another lovely idea could be to have a few more breakfast partnerships with different local cafés and bakeries. For example, I really enjoyed Lo Sfizio di… Panetteria Pasticceria — their pizza was delicious! 😋🍕 It would be wonderful to have a few different Italian breakfast places to choose from, so guests could experience more of the local food culture.
Other than these small suggestions, the accommodation truly has everything you could need. It is comfortable, welcoming, peaceful, and thoughtfully prepared.

Appartamento bello e spazioso. Self check-in semplice. Comodo posto auto interno. A pochi passi dal centro. Apprezzabile l'idea del voucher per fare colazione in una pasticceria vicina. Contesto di corte tranquillo. Servizi utili essenziali per un soggiorno di breve durata. Comunicazione con l'host essenziale ed efficiente.
Nel complesso, un buon soggiorno che consiglierei.
La struttura potrebbe essere leggermente più pulita.
L'assenza di una televisione nell'appartamento.
La mancanza di tapparelle, tende o vetri oscuranti per evitare di essere svegliati all'alba dalla luce del sole.
Con qualche piccola accortezza in più, potrebbe diventare un soggiorno perfetto!

El ruido del sistema de ventilación, no había radiadores y el sistema metía un ruido infernal. El colchón inconodisimo. Las ventanas enormes no tenían contraventanas ni venecianas( solo unas cortinas tupidas) y los vecinos de enfrente te pueden ver a todas horas: así q cortinas corridas día y noche. No había ni un tostador: todo muy austero. Aconsejo q inganno porlomenos un televisor que los días en Bra en invierno son muy aburridos
