Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und sehr kompetent. Uns hat die Ausstattung sehr angesprochen. Sehr modern und gepflegt. Es war alles komplett an Ausstattung vorhanden. Das Highlight war die Sauna im Appartment.

The location is good, it's clean and cosy. Well equipped kitchen. Small but very nice sauna.

1.Check in is not convenient: the office is located in the next town, we needed to communicate a lot. 2. Be prepared to pay extra: if you want to use the swimming pool, the same goes for linen. Was definitely not expected. 3. One of the bedrooms has actually no windows. Just one kind of a "window" that goes straight to the other bedroom. So be prepared to get extra close to your friends, weather you want it or not.

Easy, central location to pick up the keys from the rental company, which manages lots of properties in the area. This particular apartment was up the coast a little in Prora, not Binz itself. Since we had bikes, was not an issue. The apartment is clean, well-furnished, has brand new pretty much everything, a nice small sauna in the bathroom which was a great way to wind up a day. Awesome beach right across the dunes from the apartment complex, though because of Corona restrictions we had to walk around the building to get there. The great part of being up in Prora was that the beaches were nowhere near as crowded as in Binz itself, though it also meant a ten-minute bike ride or 30-minute beach walk if you wanted to go to a shop or restaurant. The complex itself had a few small cafes, but we never used them. Easily accessible by car or bike, within minutes you're on hiking or biking trails.

The building is quite imposing -- it's got a very interesting history (just google Prora) and when you first arrive, you might be taken aback by the giant building and what seems like hundreds of apartments. But once you're inside, it's built in such a way that when you look out the huge windows onto the beach (behind the dune/trees) it almost feels like nobody else is around. We were lucky that we never heard the neighbors, as there as also balconies on either side of this apartment. Part of the complex is under renovation, but that wasn't a factor with this apartment. Gym/pool wasn't open, but that's Covid, nothing the rental agency could do about that.
