The apartment was right on the beach, we liked starting our mornings with a swim in the sea. There’s a small cafe to get some pastries and coffee, and a very good restaurant on site. Everything else is pretty far so be ready to do lots of stairs ! It is the right place to relax.
Comfy bed, AC works great, good water pressure in the shower
The stairs can be tough, but you can reach the town with an external taxi boat. The service is very quick and affordable (sept 2026 back and forth 10€ per person).
Other than that, I would suggest adding some hangers in the bathroom to hang towels and a few more items in the kitchen to cook.

Fantastic sea view and the direct swimming opportunities
The stairs are more than expected but worth the view :)
The shower/bath and hot water supply could be renewed.

Fantastic place and host! We had beautiful time there in spring. Your own secluded beach, fireflies at night, very romantic for the couples that want to find their Italian oasis. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy your meals watching ships and coast lights in the distance. Host was wonderful very nice to talk to and really helpful! Lots of space. The 100 steps stairsare it's own attraction, we didn't mind it at all :-)
When we were there (may) the bar in vicinity was not open yet so you have to remember to have everything you need before heading home from the time in the city. There was a bit of noise of renovation going on, but we didn't mind it that much.
