Staff were very nice and accomodating. Rooms spacious and comfy bed. A bit run down but very good value for money! Breakfast was very good and varied!
A bit of mold in the bathroom. A little bleach would make it cleaner!

The staff were very helpful, warm, friendly and most especially professional ; I kept having problems with the water heater in my bathroom (which was almost everyday). I stayed there for 9 nights so you can imagine how inconveniencing that was having to switch rooms on one day only to return the next day, and for the rest of the mornings except one day having to use a different bathroom to take a shower. Breakfast was buffet , not bad if I must say but it becomes similar after saying for 4 days.
Locations is truly good and close to major hubs. Clean and well maintained facilities too. You get a robe, an indoor slippers and a bathroom slippers (NB: the bathroom floors do get really slippery). Pillows - soft, mattress - firm and comfortable, sheets - sparkling, well lit bathroom and room.
The water pressure, the WC not flowing properly and leaving residue after several flushing , no warm water flowing in the sink. The bathroom water heater , shower pressure and not being able to really regulate the hot water.
