The receptionist whom we met on arrival was kind I can't remember her name but she was doing night shifts and leaving at8am... She had the BEST smile that we needed to have despite the tiring day schedules we had. She is an excellent hospitalist attendant with a kind Heart ❤️
There was one excellent waiter who knew what she was doing, the other short girl with an attitude acted like a trainee whom couldn't focus on questions asked during service... She would even give a back and facial expressions like she was tired of serving us. The lady who served us last during breakfast was awesome & excellent. The mosquito not attended during turndown service ended us being distracted on our first night..so We had to request for a Doom mosquito spray that was at least. Our toilet in room 109 had no seat cover when we asked we were told maintenance forgot to change the cover , bathroom molds need to be attended during cleaning services.
