Situated in Sunrise Beach, this lovely house for $758 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Fully fenced & PET friendly with a north-facing heated swimming pool. 150 metres and you are on the sand of Sunshine Beach -with life-saving patrols & "off-leash" dog areas both north and south. Hot & Cold outdoor shower. Catering for families with up to 14 guests. The main house has 3 x generous KING bedrooms + sleepout and Queen Sofabed with 3x bathrooms. Master ensuite with double rain head style showers over spa. Main with a separate bath, shower, and large vanity. Small 3rd bathroom with shower, WC & Vanity. The 4th Shower is an outdoor hot& cold water with a hose diverter for people & pets to rinse downs after beach romps. 2 x Large living areas and various great outdoor deck spaces. Wonderful social kitchen with gas cooktop central island bench and sandstone servery with French doors leading to BBQ deck, outdoor living area with dining for 8 and relaxing sunloungers full laundry, and an additional 216 Lt refrigeration for drinks Quality pub-size pool table, 2 secure car garages for your car, golf clubs, jet skis, boats, boards or bikes! Summer Salt at Sunshine Beach was a wonderful home and base for our family’s wedding weekend celebrations at Noosa. The home was beautifully presented and in an ideal location for our large family group of 9 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of space both inside and out, with a swimming pool at the front, ample verandahs, a pool table, TVs, a beautiful bush setting at the rear of the property and easy access to the path to the beach. It was dog friendly with secure fencing all around. 5 bathrooms allowing privacy and comfort. The property was well maintained and provided so many extras which we appreciated. Penny was so helpful and prompt with her communications. I would highly recommend a stay at Summer Salt to enjoy all that this area offers.

My extended family very much enjoyed our stay at Summer Salt. There was more than enough room for us all, with little pockets we could have our own privacy if needed. All of the necessary facilities were within walking distance and the access to the beach was fabulous. The yard was a great space for our activities as well. It would have been nice to stay outside after 9pm but understand the restrictions given proximity to permanent residents.

Summer Salt was perfect for our annual family get together. The house is spacious we appreciated the different living areas allowing the younger members to enjoy their games of pool, whilst others relaxed with a glass of wine , reminiscing. Three bathrooms were just fantastic providing each couple with their own “private space”. It was evident that a significant amount of thought and care had gone into the decor, with a focus on a relaxed coastal vibe. The pool was fantastic and being heated ensured our youngest family member had long sessions.
Location was terrific, close enough to the Sunshine Beach restaurant precinct for us to walk to dinner and take lots of beach walks and swims.
Communication re booking etc was fantastic, thank you Penny.

This home didn’t feel like a holiday house at all. It’s extremely well equipped and maintained to a high standard. We had a wonderful stay at summer salt.
We were a party of 7 adults and there was plenty of space for us all. Great living spaces and 3 bathrooms was especially useful.
The pool table was great fun and we had many fun evenings competing against each other.
The location was fabulous both for the beach and the local shops and restaurants.
Would definitely return. My parents live in peregian springs and it was perfect for visiting.
The kitchen was very well set up and we cooked some lovely meals in it. Thank you Penny for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

This property was in a beautiful location and made going to the beach so easy and simple! Being school leavers it was very difficult to find a place to stay as the stereotypes surrounding them are usually negative but Penny was so welcoming and my group of friends all appreciated her allowing us to stay at her beautiful property :)

Wonderful family accommodation
We had a wonderful long weekend with our 3 adult children , their partners and two dogs at Penny’s fabulous house. Couldn’t fault it- lovely king sized beds, two living rooms- one with pool table which was greatly appreciated, great kitchen which was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed.
Although we had bad weather, the house was so comfortable for us all to spread out and a great location to explore.
Thanks to Penny and Jan for immediately attending to our bedding requests. Penny couldn’t have done more to ensure that all went smoothly for us.
