Location was excellent, near metro, supermarket, department store and restaurants/food stalls
Room had everything needed and was very clean - had plenty of natural light
Staff were super friendly and helpful
Exceptional value
The beds were a little too hard
I couldn't open the window enough to get in fresh air and the aircon smelt of cigarette smoke
The building entry and lifts were a bit dirty, but the floor of the hotel was clean/welcoming

The bathrooms were very nice, and the lobby area was spacious.

The room is quite big with a comfortable bed, and a spacious shower.
The AC wasn't working properly, and one of the provided towels had a hole.
