Camera e bagno sono spaziosi. Cordialità della direzione.
Le parti comuni dell’edificio appaiono datate e presentano un odore sgradevole, che purtroppo persisteva anche all’interno della stanza. Il televisore non è orientabile, rendendo la visione poco comoda. Il letto era dotato soltanto di coprimaterasso e lenzuolo: avrei preferito un ulteriore lenzuolo a copertura del coprimaterasso, come generalmente avviene nelle strutture alberghiere.L’illuminazione della stanza è caratterizzata da luci di diversi colori, poco adatte a chi necessita di sedersi a lavorare e risultano nel complesso fastidiose. La colazione viene servita in un bar nelle vicinanze, ma non immediatamente adiacente: con il bel tempo la passeggiata è piacevole, mentre in caso di pioggia diventa poco invitante.Nel complesso, il prezzo di 40 euro a notte risulta appena adeguato rispetto ai servizi e al comfort offerti
