​Our first time in Sardinia, and we couldn't have wished for a better location! Everything was great. Dany is an extremely nice host, she was so attentive that I felt she was more worried about us having a perfect stay than we were, haha! Highly recommend.

Ho apprezzato la disponibilità e gentilezza di Daniela, la host di questo appartamento, che ci ha seguito ancor prima di raggiungere la proprietà fino all’ultimo giorno. L’appartamento è ben dotato, con internet, tv, canali italiani e cucina attrezzata per cucinare tutti i pasti. Zona tranquilla, ottima per vacanze in famiglia, con una spiaggia vicina con acqua pulita e cristallina frequentata dalle persone che soggiornano nel condominio. L’alloggio dista solo 20 min da Olbia dive si possono fare le spese importanti e passeggiate serali. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile sul territorio

Vorrei informare che le lenzuola e asciugamani sono a pagamento, 20€/persona. È una pratica frequente in quella zona. Noi abbiamo deciso di portarle da casa ma si possono richiedere prima dell’arrivo tramite Daniela.

El apartamento esta muy completo, especialmente la cocina. Nuestra host Daniela fue muy atenta y preocupada en todo momento, todas sus indicaciones fueron claras y precisas, tuvo la cortesía de dejarnos entrar un poco antes y también de hacer el check-out unas horas más tarde, el apartamento está bien ubicado cerca de playas hermosas, está ubicado a pocos minutos de Olbia lo que permite ir a recorrer en la tarde-noche y tener buenas opciones para cenar , fácil estacionamiento en las instalaciones. Nos encantaría perder volver pronto

Our stay was booked for 7–16 August, but we left on 12 August because the overall experience was not comfortable enough to justify staying the full nine nights. To be fair, the host was responsive and communication before arrival was clear. However, we arrived very late to an extremely hot apartment. It is small and has only one relatively small AC unit in the living room, so the bedroom could only be cooled with the door open. We asked for a fan, but there was none, so we eventually bought one ourselves. We were also told that these were simply the hottest days of the year — essentially “bad luck.” On our first night there was also no running water. We could not shower, brush our teeth or properly use the bathroom. The host did bring us water and pastries the following morning and showed us where we could use a beach shower, and the water was eventually restored. However, this was obviously not an acceptable start to the stay. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor and there was virtually no mobile reception or data from any carrier, leaving us effectively disconnected. This was particularly problematic as I needed to work. The response was essentially that we should be grateful because it was supposedly the only property in the area with internet, but unfortunately the internet was barely usable. The apartment itself is very small and basic, with a tiny living room, bedroom and shower, and uncomfortable pillows. Bed linen and towels were also charged separately. I understand this may be common in Sardinia, but at this price point, the overall value is simply not there. The property is functional, but in our view nowhere near the 10/10 rating suggested by the reviews. We would consider it around a 6/10 property. The combination of the size, comfort, facilities, connectivity and location made the price extremely difficult to justify. We ultimately decided to leave four nights early, accepting the financial loss ourselves.
