Find us on instagram: #ruffhousenh Four season dog/family friendly home on 1/2 acre wooded lot located in the private beach community of Suissevale. This warm open space house offers 3 levels of living space. 4 Bedrooms, a mezzanine with 2 twin beds, a living room and 2 bathrooms. The main floor is an open concept with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with flat screen Roku tv. A nice deck outside to sip a coffee or just relax. The lower level is a great area to hang out, play pool, watch tv or play darts. The cabinet is stocked with dvd's and wii games for young and old. A fully equipped laundry room is available for guests. Outside you will find a fire pit with benches and a propane grill for a night of BBQ'ing. Suissevale beach one of the most beautiful and largest sandy beaches on lake winnipesauke, is just a short drive or walk. The beach included a roped off swim area with 2 large swim platforms, a large playground and an Olympic size volleyball court. A lagoon for fishing with the kids, picnic tables and charcoal grills for a nice BBQ at the beach. The beach has also wireless access. Home layout: TOP FLOOR * Bedroom 1: 1 Twin over Queen and another Queen with Roku tv * Bedroom 2: 1 queen size bedroom * 1 bathroom (with a bathtub) 2 rolls of toilet paper provided per bathroom * a mezzanine with 2 twin beds 1ST FLOOR * Open kitchen/living room with roku tv * Bedroom 3: King size bedroom with a crib with Roku tv * Bathroom with shower * balcony where you can sit even when it's raining and a 3 season porch BASEMENT FLOOR (GROUND LEVEL) * Bedroom King bed * foosball table/dartboard/Roku TV, dvd player (with a bunch of movies for young and old)// x-box with games. * laundry room (washer/2 dryers that you can use) * House is Central Air It's only a 20minute drive to Meredith and Wolfeboro, 40 minutes to North Conway for some shopping, Storyland or Attitash, flume gorge, canon mountain, mountain coasters, zip tours, water parks horseback riding and clay shooting. Castle in the clouds and ridgewood golf course are only 5minutes away from our home. Tennis, volleyball and basketball available at your convenience. Private beach at lake Winnipesaukee with playground for kids, volleyball court, picnic tables and bbq grills. Fishing pond, and boat ramp. Close to ski resorts, 5 min drive from Castle in the clouds. 12 miles to Wolfeboro. Perfect for leaf peepers in the fall, skiers in the winter and sun lovers in the summer 1 outdoor camera installed by the garage facing the driveway.

Nick and Tamara were great at communicating about the house. The house was beautiful and perfect for our Christmas holiday vacation with family. Unfortunately we were planning a ski trip but it rained the whole week. The good thing was at the house was stocked with plenty of games and things to keep us all entertained and spending quality time together as a family.

A stay with a family who came from Puerto Rico and Florida and we had a great time together. We all loved the spacious, super clean house. And the service and attention of the hosts were excellent. Everything exceeded my expectations. I loved it!! !I plan to return in the summer.

This property was beautiful! The layout of the house worked out perfectly for the group of adult and younger children we had with us. Tamara checked in with us after we arrived to ensure everything was as expected, and even sent a link for a local event if we were interested. We Would absolutely rent from her again!

The property is incredibly perfect for a young family with dogs! We enjoyed our stay - highlights include the amazing wrap around porch. The yard is perfect for dogs and made our trip that much nicer. The quick access to the private beach front was amazing! We had a question about channels and Tamara didn't hesitate to reach out to me to troubleshoot and offer assistance. Would gladly go back!

Property comfortable accommodated 6 adults, 1 infant, a three and six year old. Central air was a plus. Kitchen utensils, dishes, and appliances were well appointed. Quiet location. No traffic. Sandy community beach and nice playground. Thank you to owners!

We really enjoyed our stay here, especially due to the pet-friendly yard and interior. The indoor fireplace and exterior deck were lovely! The hosts were friendly and quick to respond. We and the pups look forward to staying here again.

The home was dated and very expensive compared to similar properties …. Toilet upstairs was clogged going in and we found black ants a lot. Owner was attentive to my call and seemed nice.

Very nice, clean and organized. It made you a little nervous when you find out pictures of all dishes on cabinet door and you try to put everything back in same spot! Could be better if fire wood was provided. Enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for a few days in February; 9 of us all together; 5 kids from 5-14, and 1 dog. The house itself was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone. And any questions we had the owners got right back to us. Great streets for walking the dog right around suissevsle and awesome hiking trails 5 minutes away at Castle in the Clouds. And the kids loved the sledding hill! Would definitely stay again.

Property was all as advertised. Bad winter storm led us there to find power was out. Nick and Tamara went above and beyond to make our stay a manageable adventure. Christmas miracle, power came back on next day! Couldn't have asked for any more from our hosts! Hope to visit again.

Stayed at Tamara’s home to attend wedding at castle in the clouds which is maybe 10 min s away. Great communication and so nice to be able to bring our well behaved dogs with us! Communication was always quick and owners are awesome.

We had a great stay at this property. The spacious livingroom allowed for a great visits. The fully equipped kitchen and nice neighborhood with local beach and picnic area made our stay easy. The adults enjoyed a fozzball tournament while the little ones enjoyed the outdoor play space located right in the yard.

We had a wonderful time in Suissevale! The property was so clean and well maintained. Traveling with children can be challenging, but this home made it as easy and enjoyable as possible. The private beach is beautiful and convenient!

First thing I noticed upon walking into the property was the cleanliness of the entire house. Next thing I noticed,being a food service professional, was that it was a very very well-stocked rental. Private neighborhood Beach was excellent very clean no rocks also had a playground for little ones.The only inconvenience at the beach was that we could only bring down one car so we would drop people off return to the house and then return to the beach. But it was definitely worthwhile and a small inconvenience. The beach is a short ride away, but too far to walk. Any contact with the owners was responded to within minutes if not seconds. They were very helpful and very attentive to anything that may have come up. I also must say that no problems did come up and that says something in itself. I would happily rent this property again I would recommend it to friends and family. And I almost forgot, the property is very pet friendly.

My family of 5 just got home from a 3 night getaway. We were able to hike the trails at Castle in the Clouds, ski Gunstock Mountain and explore quaint downtown Meredith. The house is situated in a nice community that has beautiful beach access to the lake. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. The two king beds were super comfy and the kids loved sleeping in the loft. The best part of our getaway was that we brought our two dogs! They were safe in the fenced in area and loved hiking!

Loved the gas fireplace in the spacious living area. Very comfortable beds and bedding. We appreciated the fenced in area for kids and/or dogs. Quiet location, with nice roads for walking. Really enjoyed our stay.

The house was great, 3 total bedrooms with additional pullouts in the main living room & futon bed in basement area that can provide some privacy if 4th bedroom needed. The owners were wonderful, answered any questions within minutes! Very impressed with that! Check in and checkout were extended as they were able to this particular weekend, which was so appreciated. Would absolutely recommend!

It was a lovely property and the owners were incredibly helpful throughout! I would recommend this to a group smaller than 14 though as some of the couches could really only sleep one person.

The property was large and had three bedrooms but it was advertised as four. It didn’t matter where we had three couples with us. It’s great for dogs. Unfortunately the weather was bad. We still had a great time for the six of us
