Location. Fertilia is a great place to stay in the Alghero region. Nice restaurants nearby , close to activities, quiet. Owner was flexible about check in time.

There were several issues I’m reluctant to comment upon as many others have if you read through previous “good reviews “ and the defensive responses the owner provided. The owner provides what is required by law for apartment rentals. This is very basic. Do not expect anything extra and would recommend you ask before booking to clarify any concerns We stayed at another apartment only rental/ not hotel the same week which provided MUCH more ( most of the things people have asked for ) and which this owner insisted she could not legally do. We could find no basis for this argument in speaking with other owners or internet search. Also do not expect much sea view. The sea is close but barely visible except leaning over the small terrace. Not a big issue for us. Sheets and towels were pretty rough.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo czysto, obiekt jest świetnie wyposażony i zadbany. Przemili i pomocni gospodarze!

Fantastic location, lovely large balcony where we could see the sea. Large apartment with easy parking close by. Air conditioning in lounge/kitchen area and main bedroom but not second bedroom, however shutters helped keep this room cool in the heat of the middle of August. Restaurants within walking distance
