Located in Cape May, this attractive house for $586 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Newly renovated and restored Classic Cape May Craftsman style cottage. Great location, only 17 houses away from the beach (5 minute walk), and just 3 short blocks to the center of town. This c. 1925 house was recently completely renovated and restored with high quality finishes from top to bottom including a new eat-in kitchen with white Shaker style cabinets and Kitchen-Aid stainless steel appliances. The house features three new bathrooms with beautiful ceramic tile finishes. The original features of the house have been restored, including the oak fireplace mantle, a stained glass window as well as beautiful refinished wood floors throughout. The house has a two zone central air conditioning and heating system. The first floor features a large sun porch at the front of the house which is the perfect spot to relax, people watch and enjoy the ocean breezes. Also on the first floor is a large living room with a 50” flat screen "smart" TV, a huge formal dining room, with a large family style dining table, with a charming alcove spot to sit and read a book. The all new eat-in kitchen is open to the dining room and living room and features all new cabinets and appliances and countertops with beautiful Carrera marble finishes. Completing the first floor is a large sunny bedroom at the rear of the house featuring a new en suite bathroom. Located just off the bedroom is the roof top sun deck. A perfect spot to relax at the end of a day at the beach. The second floor features two large sunny bedrooms (one with two twin beds and the other with a queen bed), a new hall bathroom, and a large master bedroom suite with a beautiful new master bathroom and two walk-in closets. The third floor features a charming loft style room (13’ X 25’), a perfect spot for the kids, featuring 4 twin beds and a 40’ flat screen "smart" TV. The house features a small fence enclosed yard, perfect for small children, two off street parking spots, a newly built cedar outside shower, stainless steel barbeque grille, as well as a convenient basement, with plenty of room for storage and easy access from the yard.

We rented this beautiful home for a family girl’s trip and it didn’t disappoint. The location is so convenient to walking to Washington Street shopping, the beach and all the great restaurants. The house has a great 1st floor bedroom and three spacious bedrooms on the second floor. The third floor has a large room with four beds that makes a great space for kids. The home was clean and ready for our arrival. The owner was great to work with and was very accommodating. I highly recommend this home.

Perfect location and accommodations for a big group. The house had so much that we were able to pack lightly. We were able to get into the house a couple hours before our scheduled check in time. John was very attentive and responsive. I would recommend this house to anyone.

The house was beautiful, extremely clean, had everything we needed, and the owner was so kind and responsive! We all had a great time! We had four generations of our family from our 93-year-old grandmother down to our five-year-old son together. The kids had a wonderful time up in the loft for their big slumber party, and the adults had private rooms. The house was in a great location so we could easily walk to the beach and Washington for the shops and carriage ride/trolley tours! It was perfect for us! We would definitely recommend it!

Excellent house, love the 2 masters, the 3 full baths and 3rd floor loft for the kids. The updated kitchen has everything you need and more, there is plenty of room to eat with a large family, and the location is perfect distance from beach and downtown. All very walkable even for older people. The owner was extremely responsive—we wouldn’t change a thing!

Your cottage was warm and user friendly. Decorations gave us a special festive Christmas feeling one and all. Overall one of the best stays we ever had. Yesterday when we drove by upon leaving I saw the Recycling Can out in front but I did not put it out due to the instruction sheet mentioning Tuesday. In my complex we get a fine if we put our cans out early. If I made a mistake I deeply apologize. Once again, Thank You and Merry Christmas.

This was a friends reunion in Cape May. We had a great time and were able to fit many activities into our long weekend. The restaurants are fabulous, the shops fun and we enjoyed kibitzing at the house for hours on end.

Beautiful home near to beach. Very clean with lots of room. Grand daughters (6 and 7) loved the 3rd floor loft. Had everything we needed go 6 adults 2 grand daughters and 1 year old grand son. Will definitely rent again

Beautiful House
The house is spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking. It is about 5 blocks to the beach and about half a mile to the Washington Street mall, through beautiful neighborhoods. My family loved staying here and hope to return next summer.

Perfect family beach house
House was clean and very user friendly! Great location -- Walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants. Good set-up to hang out at the house with plenty of seating inside and good outdoor space. We met the owner on the way out and he was very friendly, even recommending his favorite breakfast spot. Would definitely return!
