Lake Chelan is known for its outdoor recreational activities, including hiking, biking, boating, swimming, and water-skiing. Nearby Manson and the town of Chelan, just a short drive away, offer plenty of options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Modern and welcoming, this home features updated amenities. The living room has a flatscreen TV, while the family room has an additional TV. With both cable and a DVD player, the hardest thing you'll have to decide is what to watch! The window seat in the living room is a cozy place to curl up with a book. The full kitchen has everything you need to throw together a delicious homemade meal. The wooden dining room table is set for eight, although the breakfast bar offers informal seating for two. Enjoy your meals al fresco on the deck or have a summertime BBQ using the gas grill. Sleep in comfort in this spacious home! Two master bedrooms, both with king beds, make this rental perfect for a large group of friends or a multi-generational family. The third room has a king, the fourth bedroom has both a queen and a twin bed, and the fifth bedroom has two comfy queens. The final bedroom has a twin trundle bed. Overall, this home has six bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 14 guests. Although the location is incredible and the decor is beautiful, the amenities are truly the cherry on top! There's a pool table, private hot tub, wireless Internet, and access to several pools. A private washer and dryer are available for your use. Bring your boat because this home has its own private moorage buoy. The Chelan Valley is known for its riesling and pinto noir. Spend an afternoon taking a tasting tour through the more than 20 different wineries nearby. Wapato Point has a family-friendly sandy beach. The Lake Chelan Municipal Golf Course is only eight miles away so golfers should remember to pack their clubs! Boasting breathtaking views, modern decor, and a convenient location, the Wapato Point Paradise Point is the perfect home away from home for your next vacation! (Please be aware that this rental can only accept guests age 25 or over or those accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.) Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This is our 2nd time staying at this property at Wapato Point. We love it here! The kitchen is super well stocked, the beds are comfortable. A great gathering place!

Nice big house, only 5 dining chairs. Cleaning crew should be fired - bedding not fresh in at least two bedrooms with items left under sheets, old pieces of soap in bathroom, empty cans, sticky cabinet handles, greasy dining table. Dryer does not work well.

Wapato Point is an amazing location. This home fit our needs perfectly. With 12 of us (6 parents/grandparents) and 6 children/grandchildren ages 13-22 we had lots of room for everyone. We especially appreciated the fact that there were 6 bedrooms - 3 upstairs (used by the parents/grandparents) and 3 downstairs for the grandkids. The downstairs area also included a small kitchen with fridge and a pool table and large TV and couch. The upstairs kitchen was very well stocked for our family that loves to cook. This is also a great location for taking walks, and just a block away from one of the several pools and the lake. We were on the go most of the time with the available activities including boating, pickle ball, tennis, basketball, horseshoes, biking, mini-golf, volleyball and on and on. We plan to go back on our next family vacation.

The house accommodated our large family including kids and a toddler very well. Highlights included lounging in the comfy patio furniture and dining al fresco on the deck with views of the lake as well as the close proximity to the beach park and heated pool (both a short walk). The only negatives were the poorly functioning stove and oven, uncomfortable master bed and an unstable/unusable twin bed (the boat shaped trundle bed). That said, I would stay here again.

We had a great view and lots of room. From the pictures online i was under the impression it was updated more than just the living room, kitchen and master bath. Overall the house was not clean to what we expected for the price. We went to Walmart and bought sheets and towels after finding hairs and blood on most the bedding. The mattresses were for the most part terrible. I would probably look for a different rental next visit.

We stay at vacation rentals every year as an extended family. This was by far the best we've ever had. The setup is excellent for hanging out and cooking. The downstairs was great for the older kids to have their space and watch tv and hang out. The view and neighborhood was fantastic. Would for sure stay here again.

We liked the property. Disappointed ice maker overworking so you couldn't use upstairs Freezer
we could not use that freezer. There were cobwebs in the downstairs bedrooms dirty broom and broken waist pan. remote missing for main downstairs. However we have booked this unit for next year. We did have fun

Upstairs has 3 large bedrooms and the lower level has 3 bedrooms which are great for younger families with children. The lower level bathroom needs new flooring & it’s definitely a rental house, but overall it’s well stocked and the location to the lake and beach is worth it!
