About this cabin rental
Situated in Sundance, this attractive cabin for $695 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This Log Cabin is a classic. A great room with wood burning fireplace (wood provided), a large kitchen for meal creations, dining area for all, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a Man Cave and a Hot Tub over the creek plus a Gazebo for lounging. Tall skylights and windows bring the outside in. All of this is for you to enjoy. During the summer, the horseshoe pit and corn hole games in the common area to the right of the cabin is yours to enjoy. You will have room to park up to six vehicles and should you need more, contact Pamela to arrange. The kitchen has top of the line cabinets, dishwasher, two ovens, microwave and The whimsical under stairs “mud room” features coat hooks at all levels to keep outside gear in one place for people of all sizes. The main level covered deck has seating and is a great gathering place to talk and drink hot chocolate. Every bedroom has a little something different. Top level bedroom features skylights for looking at the stars at night or watching it snow and has a queen bed plus twin bed with a trundle for keeping the little ones near. A balcony and outside door to upper deck lets you view the outdoors or let the fresh air in. The adjacent bathroom with tub/shower has granite counter tops and vanity mirror. Main level bedroom features a window seat for reading the novel you brought along, an exterior door to the upper deck, direct access to bathroom, television, queen size bed. A large walk in closet plus adjacent bathroom is very convenient. In the closet is one set of washer/dryers in the cabin. Second set downstairs. One bedroom on the lower level has two queen beds plus two closets and plenty of space for clothes. This room is fun for sleep-over style for teenagers. This window is on ground level with three larges windows for lots of light. Second bedroom downstairs has two twin beds, ground level windows and large closet and is adjacent to the exterior door on ground level. The master bedroom has a California King size bed, television, two chairs for relaxing and an exterior door leading to the hot tub and the bathroom is across the hall. Size and easy access make this a “favorite” room. And then there’s the Man Cave. Television, pool table, card table and the ever popular Monopoly pinball machine make this a favorite gathering spot. wo exterior doors, one to to the outside lower decks, gazebo and hot tub and the second for bringing in food and beverages makes this an easy room to entertain in. Sundance resort is a mere 1.2 miles away. A super quick drive or nice walk. The Sundance resort has restaurants, a bar, skiing, summer sports, a zipline and more. Living on the mountain and only a five minute walk away, we are available for any and all questions or concerns you may have. Just give us a call. 512-413-4380. Pamela prefers to keep in touch via text message for quick communication about local events. Road closures, weather conditions or other "need to know" information witll be messaged to you via text. You're in the heart of the beautiful Wasatch mountains. Mount Timpanogas stands tall over Sundance while gorgeous pine trees are everywhere you look. Take a seat next to stream, take in the mountain air and relax. Summer months brings music, theatre, ziplining, hiking, biking, horseback riding to our back door. Winter brings skiing, snowboarding, (both day and night) and snow shoeing on trails at the Nordic Center. This is a great community far enough away to be far away but yet close enough to little towns and other activities. During the winter (Nov through March) four wheel or all wheel drive vehicles are required. Summer - just come and stay. Sundance resort is a mere 1.2 miles away. A super quick drive or nice walk. The Sundance resort has restaurants, a bar, skiing, summer sports, a zipline and more. Plan to drive a vehicle as Uber and other services are not readily available.

We enjoyed our stay at the Log Cabin on the Stream for a short family reunion. It was a fun place to be and everyone enjoyed the setting and the facilities. The game room and hot tub were especially fun.

The atmosphere was amazing. It was located by the stream and it seemed as if you were isolated even though there were other properties nearby. It was very roomy. Teenagers were playing pool in the man cave and others were playing cards in the great room. Neither group was affected by the others. We enjoyed playing horse shoes and corn hole in the commons area. It was a relaxing, memory making, reacquainting weekend.

This place was perfect for a reunion of 8 classmates. Beautiful, roomy, well equipped, perfectly located for hiking, biking and ziplining, only a mile from the Sundance Resort, and the sound of the stream was lovely.

The house is in a nice quiet location in sundance. The property has all the listed amenities. Its just minutes from sundance. You still have to drive to sundance but its close. Pamela was responsive and kind.

We had sooo much fun relaxing, playing in the snow at Sundance, playing pool, playing pinball and just enjoying the beautiful fireplace. I enjoyed my weekend with my family. The host was very gracious and kind and helpful. The house was clean and the items we needed were easily found. It truly was a great weekend to recharge and just enjoy the surroundings. Absolutely beautiful. ♡

We loved our stay at the cabin. Everything was clean, it included everything we needed for our stay and the host was quick to communicate with us any time we had a question. The location is perfect (very close to Sundance) so we did some skiing while staying there. The hot tub was spectacular next to the creek, the fireplace was cozy, and the man cave had us competing for the best scores with the Monopoly pinball machine! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again! Highly recommended!

We had the best time! our entire family was thoroughly impressed. The hot tub was so perfect after a little cold plunge in the nearby, stream. the massive fireplace was perfect to do yoga near and to do breathwork near, the upstairs side porch was perfect for morning and evening meditations. the downstairs man cave entertained my family for hours and hours. And anytime we needed help, pamela’s assistance was right there to help in a heartbeat. they did have several repairs going on in the cabin during our stay which made us feel a little uncomfortable and we had to sort of pause our vacation. otherwise it was fantastic.. I will totally be coming back for a mini retreat sans kids. 11/10 recommend!

We could not have enjoyed this place more. The outdoor area is unreal and relaxing. The communal activities were a lot of fun. The best part - this place is fully stocked!! Soaps, shampoos, washes, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. I’ve stayed in so many VRBOs that don’t stock a single thing. It was so comfortable and enjoyable. Can’t wait to come again.

Peaceful and stress free
This property was beautiful and peaceful. We (6) people were there for a work retreat and had agendas planned out. With so much to keep up with for the actual work retreat it was so nice to have an effortless check in and out. Pamela's communication from the time we picked the location to even days after we left was wonderful. She made sure that even though the skiing was shut down she was there to answer any questions about the surrounding areas and ideas of things our group may like to do together. The Cabin was able to accommodate each individual so that we had our own rooms and also the cabin was large enough everyone could have their own work area separate from each other. the amount of spaces and how the house is set up made it feel like you were there alone. with so many different balconies, the fire pit area, pool room/game room, tv areas and the gazbo that overlooks the river was great. Even with such a big group we never once felt we were closed in. The cabin had pretty much everything you needed excluding food and drinks. All in all everyone ranked it as one of the best places we have stayed over the years.

Stayed at the cabin for two weeks with a group of friends and needless to say it was everything we expected and more. The location of the cabin provides a relaxing atmosphere and the hot tub on the stream is the icing on the cake. Pamela was a great host, never intrusive and accommodating every need. Would love to come back here for another snowboard trip.

Fantastic Weekend!
My friends and I were so excited to finally get away for a weekend and we hit the perfect Sundance weekend - peak leaves and perfect weather. We lounged in the hottub, laughed until we cried around the dining room table, slept like babies in the comfortable beds and enjoyed the easy access to the resort. We couldn't have asked for a better girls weekend away and Pamela made everything so easy and answered every question. Thank you so so much!
