It felt like a home from home. The staff were exceptionally friendly, offered advice on local attractions. It was great to have a chat after being out.
Nothing really, it depends on what you’re after. If it’s somewhere basic to stay overnight. It’s fine, if you’re after hotel luxury then look elsewhere.

Clean, convenient for Fort William, cheap stay, tea and coffee in kitchen.
I think there were 10 or maybe 8 beds in our room. Fellow guests in and out all night and one couple packing and repacking their bags extensively at 6 in the morning right by my head. Disturbed sleep as so packed in and selfish fellow guests.
