Location was perfect, on the Main Street right next to Central Udon, 7-11 nearby and bars and cafes too. I wanted to extend my stay before Songkran and they happily obliged!
No balcony, but I didn’t need any balcony anyway.

location great for local shops / bars etc . very comfortable bed and very clean room.

No breakfast was offered. There was no sugar or milk in the room when I enquired for the supply of milk for tea and coffee making the receptionist told they would not supply this.
Non slip mats for the bathroom to be supplied floors are slippery when wet
