Accueil chaleureux. Explications claires à l’arrivée. Cadre décontractant. Personnel très sympathique. Déjeuner copieux. Chambre un peu petite, mais très bien équipée. Bonne localité.

Adult recommendet ist nur ein Wunsch

Das Hotel ist klein und beschaulich. Das Frühstück ist gut, Auswahl und Qualität stimmen. Schöne Poolbar mit guten Snacks und sehr nettem Personal.

Wie im Titel avisiert sollte das ein Adult-Hotel sein. Aber leider ist es das nicht. Zwei Familien mit Kleinkindern waren zu der Zeit dort als gebucht hatten. Und wir hatten das Pech zwei Zimmer von einer davon zu wohnen. Nicht falsch verstehen, wir haben selbst Kinder, aber wenn man sich für Adult-Hotels entscheidet, dann möchte man einfach mal für ein paar Tage Ruhe haben. Auch sollte man darauf dringen nicht an der Straße zu wohnen, um 7:00 kam die Bierfasslieferung und ab 8:00 eine Armada von Eltern in Luxuskarossen die ihre Konder in die nebenan liegende Grundschule brachten. Da war dann Schlafen vorbei. Zum Restaurant, das war abends geschlossen. Am Tag bzw. bis 22:00 gab es dafür die Poolbar.

Medicore place.

Relatively close to the beach.

Some English guy got drunk and naked shouting obscenities at 2am. (Room 19) 8/9 April 2024. Bottom floor rooms are esentially windowless and look like a closet. Loud music coming from the courtyard bar till 11pm.

Excellent option in Marbella, cost-benefit is amazing!

Very good and complete complimentary breakfast! Nice room in ground floor with a small sitting area in front. The parking (although not free( was very convenient. Lovely neighborghood!

The directions in google maps led us to the back of the hotel and thankfully there was a guest there to tell us how to get to the front. You should revise this, thank you!

breakfast poor, bar expensive, whilst we staying there we’re several instances of bad adult behaviour including separate occasions for the Police to attend and make arrests. all very unsettling.

On description it was mentioned it s close to city center , however the hotel was out of the city. And they charged one night . 😏why?! If the hotel could be precise about their location we would not book it

proximity to the sea

old furniture, the bathroom requires a renovation, very loud (the walls and doors are pretty thin so you can hear people next door and outside). Price vs. quality pretty weak in my view.

Dissapointing due to staff rudeness

There was a pleasant bar man and the pool area was well kept

The staff were incredibly rude - we had been told by one member of staff that he had arranged for a room on the ground floor instructed us to come down stairs to change the keys with our luggage we did this and then we’re informed that there is no room no apology and we’re actually told by the man on the desk that if we don’t like it leave - I’ve never been so disrespected or humiliated in my life we were offered a complimentary drink instead which we did not avail of. We also ordered lunch this day and ordered the exact same thing 2 days later and received entirely different meals. The waitress brought us halouni instead of the haloumi wrap that was ordered and actually said what do you want me to do about it - extremely poor people skills and really put a dampener on our trip as we were incredible uncomfortable the entire time

Gem of Marbella

Beautiful area, wonderful staff, especially Alvaro was very helpful and had some great food place recommendations. Very clean hotel and lovely music by the pool.

Price for ice was 10 euros!

Relaxing stay:)

Great location, nice pool (just make sure to be there early enough;) with relaxing music, very clean and comfortable rooms, all rooms facing the pool. From 12-5 you can get lunch at the bar, from 5 tapas (additionally obviously). Few min walk to restaurants and promenade.

Breakfast is typical English, we gave that feedback at the reception as well that more veggies would be nice;) The music at the bar is playing till late hours, but it didn’t disturb us to sleep well.

Overall a positive experience. The manager helped us with the places to go and was very nice man.

Good breakfast, nicely decorated. Swimming pool looked good but didn’t use it. Close to beautiful promenade along the beach.

Music from the bar went on until past 10pm and irritating.
