About this apartment rental
Recently renovated to high standards my London home and hope you will love it. It is a bright two-bedroom flat on the second floor of a Victorian house. Extremely central and very convenientely located just 2 minute walking from Notting Hill Gate Station, where you can grab three subway lines (Central, Circle and District). The flat is very as it is at the end of a cul-de-sac.
It is on the north side of Hyde Park which you can reach in just 2-minute walk. Enjoy hundreds of restaurants, diners, bakeries and cafes in the area. At walking distance (4 min) you can also find three supermarkets.
You and your kids can also rest in the evening in front of a movie as Netflix is also provided as well as a Bluetooth soundbar that you can connect to you phone/tablet to play your favorite music.
The flat has:
- A living room with open plan kitchen, with a dining table. The sofa in the living room is a comfortable sofa bed for two people.
- Two bedrooms: One with a double bed. One with a bunk bed including a double bed and a single bed on top.
- 2 bathrooms: one en-suite and a common
- All the amenities you need such as Internet, washer, dishwasher and dryer, microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster, etc.
Please, note that, like many other buildings in that area of London, there is no elevator in the building.

This apartment in Notting Hill was fantastic. It was very spacious affording our family of five (including five large suitcases) plenty of space. The full size / twin bunk bed was a great touch allowing our kids their own beds. The location could not be better. Extremely close to Hyde Park, various tube stations, restaurants, shopping and the like. Extremely clean with ample amenities (like towels, toiletries, kitchen equipment, etc). We would absolutely stay here again for our next trip to London.

Excellent stay steps away from the tube and shopping in Notting Hill. Accommodations were clean and cool during the hottest weekend in London! 90 degrees… apartment is actually larger than pictured plenty of space for 4 adults.

- there were 35 steps to climb. I don’t believe it was in the listing. We were 67-72 in age with large bags and it was a challenge- a few small unnecessary hiccups: couldn’t get entry to unit (needed to know to touch and hold screen to show keypad), wrong wifi info, wrong keyless entry info initially- bunk beds extremely uncomfortable for adults (could feel springs)- had no heat or hot water for 1st day. Booklet said to check boiler but no instructions were given- giovanni did respond quickly though to each message and we were able to drop our bags off earlier than check-in time- nice interior and very clean but could hear anyone in the stairwell- great location
