Die Zummer sind sauber und gepflegt.
Das Zimmer hat kein Heißwasser. Im Hotel gibt es keinen Drucker. Im Frühstücksraum gibt es einen defekten Toaster.

Large room
No coffee machine for breakfast. Breakfast stuff were at your table to collect plate as soon you have finished nit leaving you option to take more food and interrupting you in the middle of conversation. Only asian breakfast available which is too heavy for European guests. Bathroom drain was so stinky it was not possible to stay in room. Payment is charged in US dollars and this is Laos with Laos currency. The reason is hotel charges higher rate for converting in US dollars and then charge extra 3% for payment via credit card. Receptionist didn’t know how to use machine to charge me via credit card. That was ridiculous. Stuff doesn’t speak English and hard to communicate with them. At times frustrating as they have no clue what are you telling them.
