The hotel is very well located a few minutes walk from the train/bus station and from the main historic attractions and places to eat. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast offers a good variety of choices. I definitively recommend

Cosy hotel in the centre of Parma. Late check-in available with clear video instructions. We could store our bicycles temporarily. AC and a small fridge in the room. Nice breakfast with both savoury and sweet options. Our room faced a quiet back street, so we could sleep with the window open. Comfortable bed.
The room was a bit on the small side.

The location is good, just 5-7 minutes walk from railway station. The breakfast is good. The stuff are super friendly.
They have cooler system not an AC, it was making noise, even complaining about it, the stuff said it makes like that. So for this money I would expect more good facilities.
