The 6 bedroom cottage was immaculate, clean and accessible for the elderly members of our group. All the bedrooms are ensuite. Beautiful rural location. Fantastic pool. Great sofa to accommodate large groups, so you can all sit and chat comfortably.
Not a reflection on the property at all (as not their fault) but we struggled to get any taxis to pick us up from the property, including those whos numbers were in the property handbook - they didn't have availability. We tried Uber but were quoted over £140 for what is effectively a 10 minute trip! This was a shame as it meant two of our group had to be designated drivers to get us into Ludlow. Just something to consider if you are planning to go out for dinner/ drinks of an evening. Could do with a new toaster and tin opener, but these are minor issues, really. Overall, it was fantastic!

The location was great - quiet and peaceful with beautiful views across Shropshire. The village is tiny but the pub is a real asset and the A49 is close making neighbouring towns very accessible. The tennis court was good and we had access to BBQ / grills.
I messaged the owners several
times with no response which was disappointing and confusing. The pool wasn’t available when we wanted despite being assured it would be. If we had been part of a larger party it may have been different?
