Fully equipped villa in the middle of the vineyards, amazing place to relax at the pool, enjoy the sunset or cook together. Thor and his wife are very friendly, honest and helpful people. Their home-made pizza dough was a big surprise and really tasted exceptionally good! There’s fresh herbs next to the tarrace, there was a welcome plate with local cheese/ham, etc etc. —> only good memories and impressions!

Amazing place. The view from the house is lovely. The house itself is great, nice furniture and great beds and a lot of facilities. The pool is also very good. The host is so nice and very helpful. He helped us book restaurants and wine tasting in the area and gave us a really nice vacation. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was good for us.
Everything was so great. The only thing which could be better are the doors to the toilets in the rooms which make quite a lot of noise when opening and closing them so that you can hear it in the other bed rooms. But this is not such a big deal.

I had the pleasure of using RAD Fitness for a fitness retreat to the stunning Vigna Rochetta in the beautiful Nizza Monferrato area of Italy. Having never been on such a holiday before i was not sure what to expect. I must say that this turned out to be the experience of a lifetime. Our fitness host Ashley from RAD Fitness arranged everything for the trip which made it very low stress and easy to enjoy. Every morning we started with health food and then a training session. The days would then continue with planned events and trips to sample local cuisine, customs and beauty spots. We toured vine yards, did long walks through the beautiful countryside and even experienced truffle hunting.
The evenings were equally special with relaxing yoga and meditation. The food in Italy was exceptional and everywhere we ate was outstanding with amazing local produce, wine and friendly service.
Our accommodation host Thor at Vigna Rocchetta, a friend of RAD Fitness, was a very welcoming and friendly gentleman who instantly put us at ease in his company and went to extraordinary lengths to make our stay at his guesthouse extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The house was stunning, classic and very well appointed with a great pool and life changing views of the mountains at sunsets. This is a place that you never want to leave.
In summary, if you are a fitness enthusiast who loves fine foods and wine then you simply have to join RAD Fitness for one of their retreats at beautiful Vigna Rocchetta. It truly is an experience of a lifetime.

There is so much to say about this wonderful guest house. For starters it is situated at the top of a hill with rolling vineyards as the backdrop, the type of view which you would expect on a postcard. The house is immaculately tidy, very modern and minimalist but it has touches of character with the decor and furniture chosen by the owner. What really stands out for me though is the small details:- the organic soaps, the fact you do not have to touch the bins for them to close and for every modern day person the wifi access through the house and garden, to name but a few.
