The view and the huge rooms were amazing.
Everything was great although there was some items like an Iron and iron table were missing. The F&B manager and his subordinate were arguing with about a an extra bill they charged me due to a dispute in their system. The reception staff Upama was very grateful and helped in resolving it. I suggest that the F&B manger and his subordinate go for a training on how to deal with customers. This whole confusion and argument ruined the experience to some degree.

The place has a nice cozy feel to it and is wonderfully crafted.
The staff were not welcoming.
