The location, the staff were brilliant, it was clean and practical and a decent breakfast offering. We were delayed over 24 hours but there was someone at the property at 02 00 to check us in which was a huge relief.
Would have liked to have used the pool facilities but we didn’t have time because of our delay, missing a whole day and it seemed very complicated.

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a decent size.
I believe the requirement for a deposit to access the pool should have been clearly disclosed at the time the reservation was made.

Great location, ideal parking spot, big rooms, very clean, friendly staff. I would go back !
Although I didn't use it, the swimming pool looked really small with strange opening hours and closed most of the year. Not the type of place for staying in the hotel all day long but perfect for people who just use the room as a resting place.
